Bonner began her work with the Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation after attending the SABCS as a scholarship advocate in 2012. Over the years, she has served on panels reviewing grant applications and has attended many breast cancer conferences and summits. Bonner enjoys giving her presentation on cancer advocacy, titled “Someone I Love Needs a Cure,” to community groups and charitable organizations.
